| After joining the St. Andrews ranks as a 16-year-old apprentice back in 1992, 21-year-old Jonathan Bass has now become a regular member of the first team squad under Trevor Francis. Prominently a right-sided defender but he can also play in the centre when required to do so. Missed the start of the 98-99 season through injury and then struggled to regain his place because of the form of Gary Rowett, but he does looks to have a very promising future in the game. |
